Kevin I had the same problems as you with UPS. Also if you type in the wrong address lets say 239 laurel lane and it was suppoed to be 238 laurel lane they charge you $5 to take it across the street. My pick up guy was supposed to be at the shop anytime from 3pm to 5pm. I had to sit there and wait for him, if I was in the back doing something he would walk in not see me and leave.(packages were not picked up) and I would be charged for pick up. I had them total up my bill and then I fired them(UPS) closed my account. One year later I get a bill for $150+ for miscellaneous fees. I have never paid it to this day(2 years later) and still get delivery. They could not give me an answer for the mysterious fees.
