California Farm Vehicle vs. Historical Registration

A) Does anybody know if a FFPW (B-1) can be registered as a California Farm vehicle? Whats the benefit?

B) Is registration less expensive to register as a historical vehicle in Ca or a Farm vehicle? What are the pros and cons?
