Dodge says this about the WM300; "Every 2,000 miles, remove level plug from each joint, check the lubricant and fill to the bottom of the filler hole with short fiber wheel bearing lubricant. Lubricate the top bearing through grease nipple at the top of knuckle with chassis lubricant every 2,000 miles. The joints should be cleaned and repacked every 20,000 miles of road operation or 300 hours of field work."
Sounds like heavy grease to me guys. With frequent checking. I remember my dad having this lubed every oil change at 2,000.
