I am confused here, and I admit it.
"Too Much Garage Space" is a concept that I have never heard of before. It is akin to "Too Much Beer", "Too Much Football", or "Too Much Money"
Can you imagine anyone in his right mind telling his wife "Honey, that garage I just built is too big. Maybe we should turn part of it into a nice sewing room for you and the girls."?
Obviously you have never studied advanced automotive physics. Rule #1: Possessions expand to fill the available space. Rule #2: Someday, I just have to get organized.
