If your hubs were only partially locked and you heard a BAN grinding noise, better pull the hubs apart. The clutch is most likly chewed. I bought a set of Warn hubs that the clutch was chewed from partial engagement. Parts not available, had a machinest friend build up the chewed area and re machine it. I beleive he had to re harden it or temper it ?? after doing the work.
