Concrete is an art, not an exact science (although engineers will argure that), there are many, many, variables envolved. Just as occasionally some idiot goes over Niagra Falls and lives, a concrete job performed poorly may actually turn out OK. I've built over 400 buildings and projects, talk to me after you build another 399 that way = )
