I think Norm answered your question correctly.
With regards to the swap meet, it's pretty informal. We encourage everyone to bring whatever they can or want to, for sale or trade.
Riding shotgun, if you don't bring a truck, is pretty common. Last year we had 100 folks and 50 trucks. I don't recall anyone sitting at camp without a ride.
