i've hauled a couple hundred vehicles and about twenty five pw's and always strap on axles,,and love when people shake there head at me while doing it,, i've seen what happens when you tie accross the springs,, you eat the strap into.and love that fine art of criss cross on the frame.let the body and frame do there normal bounce just like it would be while driving it and chain or strap them axle's com'on people..
