Does the truck have either of the tags pictured?

They should be located on the drivers door jamb.

The tag you are getting the numbers from is a larger military brass tag on the dash, right?

What I am trying to figure out is what the 1957 trucks used for data tags from Dodge, as my guess is most of them did not have metal data tags, just like the regular 1957 Dodge trucks.
