I am currently in the rebuild of a wc-12.
At first glance, the money asked of 19.5K sounds high, even to me, but when I stop and think about it, I realize that this seller is probaly making little or NO money off of this truck..
I recently went thru all of my recipets, and I am now well over 10.5 K. And its not finished yet! And I am doing it all myself less the sandblasting...Nor have I a rebuilt powerplant. Add $1500 to that job.
Had I known it would have cost me this much, I would have bought one done or mostly done
and just enhanced the truck I bought.
Part prices are unreal.. Glass alone cost me 260 bucks!
I still got wood, bed panels and wiring to finish. Lighting.. Gauges...finishing touches, etc.
Will I hit 19K? Probably not.. But I bet I'll hit 12-13k easily...
I got a buddy who is into his for 15K...
Man, these trucks are getting expensive!
