My suggestion is to contact all three credit reporting bureaus, and they will put a fraud alert on all your records. I came "this close" once to having my ID stolen. (The information came from what I gave to a new car dealer that I was using to temporatily finance a purchase, so you can never be too careful.) Here are the three to search): TransUnion, Experian and Equifax
