The scammers are getting better. They are intercepting users and acting like Ebay, PayPay and many other sites. I.e. you think that you have gone to EBay but your not there. You think you are actually on their site but you have been redirected. Honest sites usually do not ask for Visa, bank account number routing number and etc. You may think tht you are on EBay but you might not be. Check up on this. Most honest sites have pages that tell you what they will ask for and what they know about you. Go to EBay Security center on the bottom of their page.
