....if that size wall is your only option, I'd go with a standard residential, 16' x 9' roll-up. You'll be sorry later with two 10' doors in a 26' front, not enough room between the doors or at each side to do much, such as opening the vehicle doors. Just plant a hedge for the neighbor, or leave the door down!
