I think we've come up with the parts. But the main drive gear shaft is very badly pitted where the needle bearing rides. My options appear to be: Replace to whole transfer case, find a better replacement gear shaft, or send the existing one to the machinist and have it turned down, sleeved and come up with a new needle bearing that fits. Any suggestions?
