75-78 318 1.75 intake 1.50 exhaust
72-80 360 1.88 intake 1.60 exhaust
360 head has more cc's then a 318 various head castings were different but not by much.
Adding 360 heads to a 318 without any work done will not gain any performance but will lose performance as the compression ratio will go down with stock 360 heads on a 318 block. A big key to performance is compression.
