My '49 showed 44,000 miles when I bought it, but the odometer was broken when I got it, and the engine had been replaced in 1954, according to a tag on the side of the engine.

Who knows how many miles were really on it...

The thing about Power Wagons is that a lot of them were used off road by farmers, ranchers, forestry service, other industries, so mileage is not such a good indicator as it is with other vehicles. Number of hours of operation would be a better indicator.

As you mentioned below, it would be nice if these rigs came with hour-meters.
