Before bolting the front driveshaft on to the front axle yoke I turned the yoke by hand back and forth and noticed what seems to me to be an excessive amount of end play. I can turn the yoke about an inch before feeling the axles grab. Is this normal? If not what could cause this? The whole front end has been reworked with the exception of the differential itself, which was removed, cleaned, put back on, and a new pinion oil seal installed. I didn't want to get into disassembling the front differential and messing with preload which is beyond my expertise. Presently I've taken the yoke and oil seal back off and need advice before going any further
