I would call the guy and say this is not a fair trade.
I would explain to him you very upset about this deal.
If he plays games Just say thank you and you will be calling the county or state Police.
Hang up politely. Never loose cool or temper.
Call the state police or sheriffs.
Never do local police first you could be talking to a relative.
If you don’t get a response from police type a letter and send it to the chief return reciept requested.
If it was done with us postal money order.
Call the postmaster general for mail fraud.
Never ever threaten anyone most people are too stupid to understand a threat.
And it most likely back fire on you.
The Pen and a Phone call are MIGHTIER than the sword or a beating.
