If it were me, I would add two 12' doors on the end for access. Then I would not divide the space, but I would build a dust free paint/stain booth. The booth would be used for both shops and not require work to stop while finishing occurs. Lastly, I would put money into heavy electrical service so it can operate as a shop with various machines or welders operating. Remember you can always partition a shop by use of accordian style partitian walls for cheap if you feel your getting too much sawdust on your power wagon.
