...and I will apologize for the length right off the bat!

I have a 24'wide x 30'deep building, an old corn crib/grainery, that I am going to convert to a combination woodshop/Power Wagon restoration shop. I cannot build on to this building at all. I would like your thoughts on the layout of overhead doors, service doors, etc. I know the space is very limited, even for just one shop, let alone two. I have access to the building on one, 24' end (front), and a 10' alley way along one ,30' side (right). It would require some jockeying, but I could put a door on the right side. I also would rather not divide the space with a wall, but am open to suggestions. The ceiling plate height is 9'-0" high, and the ceiling will end up vaulted by the time a reinforce the roof structure to take out interior bearing walls. What do you think?

Thanks,
Steve Hood
