I'd spend a few weeks (month or 2) on the Govt Auction site and grab one of the Govt specialty vehicles around $10k. One that I just simply fell in love with a year ago had about 10k miles on it, was a flatbed 2.5T 4X4, and came equipped with winches, cranes, oversized tires and a custom built matching trailer, and was just 800 miles away. O.K., sure it was early 90s vintage, but heh, it's the mileage... not the age! Needless to say it wasn't a Dodge and I didn't have the $10k. The other one that got away was a flatbed hauler/Tucker Snowcat combo auctioned off from MCI (or one of the long lines carriers) out of Nevada, I think. It also went for around $10-12k. Again, no $10k. Oh did you say daily driver, sorry.
