Hi

I have a 74 Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 Powerwagon with 4x4,

it doesn't have the original air cleaner, and it is a cold runner, I was wondering, is it suppose to have a heat riser??
Chilton manuals show them for 318's, but I have a 3/4 ton and it doesn't have any smog junk (except PCV valve) please help
