Serial # is drivers side front approx. over axle on frame siderail.. Should start with 8390xxxx for a Detroit truck or 8875xxxx for a Los Angeles truck.
All flat fender style Power Wagons should have a T137xxxxx engine # prefix, if original.
Engines get changed & sometimes states will use engine # for vin (bad practice).
Ideally a truck would have matching serial # plate on cab and matching # on frame with T137 engine.
