I'm not aware of any radial larger than 11.00R16. Or for that matter anything in 16" except agricultural tires. If you want taller you'll need 20" rims. With 20s you could go up to 16.00R20 on 10" wide rims. They would weigh about 400 lbs/tire and would break your axles in no time and of course even 4 wheel disk brakes and power steering would be overloaded. 14.5R20 would be 43.4" tall, 482 revs/mile, 2800 rpm at 60 with 5.83s and 4 speed. That's as big as I'd dare go.
