Lube that puppy! But watch where you put the oil. 2-3 drops per bearing surface should do. But DON'T get it on the armature, brushes, or windings. Also, look at the armature where th brushes rub, and see if any of the little squares are missing. I had that happed to a electric drill. It screamed very loud. Not to mention wore the brushes down really fast. If the lube doesn't help, check the contacts(On the rotor), and if that's OK, I hope you find another motor soon.
