Not me...I don't like clear coat paint systems on vintage trucks & cars.
The base coat isn't durable enough without the clear over top & base/clear in general just doesn't look right on an old vehicle.
The Endura paint I use looks very similar to the original enamel only it's way way more durable.
The only thing I'm not big on is it's just way too glossy as you may have noticed on my blue 46.
Some are advising I use a semi-gloss like my frame but I think I prefer the flat oxidized look.
No matter how I do it, it's not going to look like an original truck...I'm not actually sure what it will look like come to think of it!
