Tubing Double Flares How to make them ??

I need to make some custom brake lines. I bought a double flare tool today, Yup no directions at all.

The Tool is a standard 2 piece flareing tool, but it also has a slecetion of different size pieces to form the double flare end.

What is the correct procedure to make the double flares ?
