Alright Norman,
I give up on you guys...everybody better buy a Cummins including Tina...it'll save her money for gods sake what are you waiting for?
That's what I'm getting at Norm, yes, Todd's truck is a 1/2 ton & that's more than adequate for a guy that doesn't tow nor carry 3000lbs worth of tool boxes.
If I were Todd & looking for a new truck, unless he's planning on changing his towing habits the only change I'd make is I'd upgrade to a 3/4ton for the added weight & safety factor but as Todd said, he's towed cars with his & he's done so getting decent mileage...not 10mpg!
Arne just got over 11mpg on route to Alaska from Texas in a 40 year old W300!
Here's where your miscalculation has occured...I've never said that I'd buy a V10 Dodge truck. I think if a guy need that kind of power he'd save money with a diesel but if you can get by with a V8...never mind Norm, it's like trying to convince you that even though we prefer Dodge trucks that Ford still make a fine product.
You're a stubborn man Norman! Ha Ha!
There's no sense debating this, just take a pole & see whether there are more gas trucks driving or diesels or is everybody else just less intelligent than us?
