You aren't sending out the virus. Someone who has your e-mail address in their address book has the virus and it's using your e-mail name as the sender, making it look like it came from you. When the e-mail is rejected by the receiver, their anti-virus program automatically sends an e-mail to the "sender", which it thinks is you. Don't open these. Just delete them and don't worry about it.
