i would go with the electric wipers.the heck with originality when it comes to saftey.what is more imporntant your hide or a truck?vacume wipers slow down when you get into the throttle like climbing a hill,i think when you are climbing a grade in the rain you want wipers, anyway it is your truck not mine do as you will. steve
