Get it running before you go into restore mode. Once your cab & everything is finished & back on you really won't want to remove it all to get the engine back out & this is likely the fastest way.
You'll spend $2000 or there abouts for a good rebuild but I've not actually seen many 230's in Power Wagon's that are worn out...mostly ruined from sitting.
Start her up & your decision will likely be made for you!
