To rebuild a 230 or not...

I have a 1948 B-1-PW with a t-137 230ci in it. She's been napping for about 10 years but is not frozen. I will be in full resotration mode in a couple of months and am wondering if I should go ahead and get the motor rebuilt or not. I don't even know if I can find someone to do it if I wanted to. If I did, what should I have done in the rebuild? Any idea what I should pay?

The other way to think about it is: If it ain't broke....
