I'm honored to finally be able to help you for a change. The numbers cast into my 6 lug Dana 70 brake drums are:
Front: Budd 61189
Rear: Budd 76747 or maybe 75747
The second digit is not very well formed, so could be either a 5 or a 6. But the rear brake drum number is one of the two listed above.
Someone with a 1969 or later W300 will have to give you the 8 lug Dana 70 brake drum numbers. Budd thoughtfully cast the Budd part numbers on the brake drum rims so they are visible throught the wheel hand hold when the wheel is mounted on the truck. Just shine a flashlight in there, clean off and read the numbers you are seeking. Happy New Year!
