any alternator shop shoud be able to provide you with a 24 v alternator - gm one wire. get them to match the pulley. there are aftermarket companies making mounts to run an alternator on the flathead without much trouble. they cost around 30 dollars. VPW sells a kit to covert generator to 12v alternator, but i dont know if they do the same for 24v. i think a combo of the 24v one wire (sourced locally) and the aftermarket bracket would be the ticket.
