The frames are the same. THe difference is in the springs and tires. There is a correlation between the axle ratio and tire size and GVW. The lighter version had 7.50 X 16 tires and a 4.89 ratio. The heavier versions had 9.00 X 16 tires and a 5.83 gear ratio. Not other differences severate the "light" duty PW and the "heavy" duty versions.
