Your drawing looks just like my home made trailer. It has mobile home axles with electric brakes on all 4 wheels. The deck is 16 feet long, and I have a 2-speed semi trailer landing gear instead of a regular trailer tongue jack. The driver's door is just ahead of the front tire when loaded right on my trailer. Use a tape measure to determine tongue weight, because if you don't have enough tongue weight, you'll crash before you can fine tune your load placement. You'll have to do some trials to find the right displacement of your rear springs for the best towing.

I plan to step up and buy a very good, heavy duty trailer and get rid of the home made unit as soon as possible. It works OK, but I know I need more safety margin.
