tough decision. I would say keep them both so when you finished one, you have the other to start. Would you ever want a 2nd one? what would it cost you to get a 2nd one in say 6 years? sometihng to think about. Probably not an option for you though.
I would go by completness and what you want on the final truck. Do you want a winch? spend the money for new springs?
When all else fails, I go by character of a vehicle. I usually get attached to a particular look, that squik in the door or seat. The engine idle that sounds a little odd. maybe not good things but that is what I do.
