Fred was saying, the first 2 numbers are the year the cab was designed. Change the design of the 1951 truck (interior, instruments in the middle of the dashboard, instead of one on each side of the speedo as in 1950 trucks and older. So the first 2 numbers changed from 43 to 51 or the like.
