Folks,
Please fast forward all hate mail, and responses to Ken at www.......ha!ha!
Personally I thought we collectively decided that we would try to use WDX-WM300 as the proper designations for the POWER WAGON to differentiate it from Power Giants and Sweptlines, conventional cab POWER WAGONS and Town Wagon POWER WAGONS, etc, etc.
While flat at the cross section the fenders are not really flat, such as the Willys fenders are on the Jeep.
There are so many variations of 4WD Dodge trucks that some may get confused when the term "flat fender" is thrown around. I guess it is easier for the writer to put FF than to say WDX or W300M or whatever it really is, but I don't suppose we will ever change that. Personally I hate the erroneous term "wideblock" when refering to the Poly, the DANG block is the same size as the LA, it is the HEADS that are wider!!!!
I'm going to rest now.....
