machine and radiator shops

I just got back from the machine shop that has my engine and is it just the Northeast or does service suck all over?

A bit miffed when I am told that one of the two guys I have been talking to will be there and I take over extra parts only to be greated by some kid who does not even come out from behind the car he is working on to label my parts so they don't get lost? Not even a courteous "I am busy at the moment can you hold on".

Also why can't these shops call someone. I have worked with 2 machine shops and 1 radiator shop and they don't return calls for crap.

Seems that unless you scream and yell no one listens.

Just a bit peeved.
