Small tag on a 46 WDX 4312-1550

I am not sure if those tags were quite the same as the military ones, and even in the case of the military ones it was common for the first number (year) to be the year of the first production of that style cab, so all or most WC-51s are labeled 42, even of they were made in 45.

Why the numbers are 43 I have no idea, but I have seen other PWs with 43 tags.

I have several of the small tags from parted 39-47 trucks, I can check them for numbers if anyone cares.
