Will,
I have the trailer you have described except that I have two 7500 pound axles. I have hauled Power Wagons all over the country and to Canada with it and never had a problem. Been using this trailer now for about 4 years. If your drawing is to scale then you have your truck loaded properly (in the drawing). My trailer has 16 inch wheels and I always try to position the truck rear axle between the rear edge of the rear trailer tire and the rear of the trailer fender. This gives me maximum flexibility for securing the truck and enough tongue weight to make it pull nicely. M37's I load about a foot farther forward. The trailer should sit level or slightly front down and always be nose heavy to avoid the trailer driving the truck (sway). Hope this helps.
