Is Helitool still in business?

I am wanting to install disc brakes on the front of my M37....is Helitool still around? Has anyone had good luck installing a GM style hydrovac brake setup under the floor of an M37? I am rounding up the parts for the power steering conversion and I had a hydrovac laying around and thought about using it for power brakes.
