Thanks for all the response! I have a schrade that will shave its so sharp but then I have various other pocket knives that are dull period! I just tried my grandpa's old pearl handled knife made in usa on my sharpener and it didnt take but about 8 pulls and its ready for surgery! Maybe its cheap steel in my other knives! I been working on a 440 stainless for an hour and it might cut butter now?!?! I'll look into some of the different stones tomorrow! Thanks again!
