Technically no, Although I have set up the DTA as a non-profit I haven't completed the setup by incorporating, yet. Need by-laws, meetings, officers, etc. Too much like the gov! ha!
Years ago, I was a construction industry management trustee for labor union advancement funds, we funded the Pacific Legal Foundation as an advocate for land use issues.
