Or ,I have V ed it out then pre-heated localy around crack to 400 deg.,welded with Nickel steel rod and then used a peen hammer to relive stress as it cools.It's a old time farmer way of doing it but it works.
PS I was plowing out our driveway and saw the 6 trucks coming out about dark.The M-37 was in the rear but going fast if it has a 6 in it!Gary
