You can have it stitched...that's the normal way a block is repaired but it would have to come out.
I hate to be the barer of bad news but I don't think you're going to get a satisfactory repair without removing it from the truck & disassembling the engine.
JB weld might be a temporary repair to get you by for a few weeks but it won't likely hold for long.
You must have a spare block on that big Power Wagon storage yard of your..no?
