might not be that complicated
had to do it for my 52 in Nevada (title was lost somewhere along the way)
was no big deal
took some time on my part (letters to DMVs in surrounding states, some notarized forms, etc.) and cost about 60 or 70 bucks when the dust settled
each state is different in their requirements
