What does the Manufacturer of the washer recommend for used in their machine in your area (certain areas of the nation have specific rules (laws) for what can be used) ?? - that would be a good start
there is also the matter of toxic waste disposal and you will have toxic waste to dispose of for sure.
check your local regulations
you might also see what the major auto dealerships in your area use and how they dispose of the toxic stuff
