Locking throttle

Has anyone seen a throttle knob that can lock in position to maintain a certain rpm such as used with aircraft? Our throttle is long since missing, and I would like to replace it but want to be able to adjust it to a setting and leave it without holding it when warming up the engine or using the winch. 48 B-1-PW
